On 9/18 - 9/20, Quarry Lane Speech/Debate competed virtually at California State University, Long Beach (Los Angeles, CA). 1214 competitors representing 168 schools from 26 states attended. Of this, 6 Quarry Lane students participated in 1 debate event, and received the following awards.
Varsity Public Forum
- Sachi Patel (11th) & Amrit Sharma (11th) - 9th place out of 97 entries (top 9%). With this, Sachi & Amrit received their 1st Silver bid in Public Forum to the University of Kentucky's Tournament of Champions!
- Sachi Patel (11th) - 16th speaker out of 194 entries (top 8%).
- Amrit Sharma (11th) - 18th speaker out of 194 entries (top 9%).
